S&L was originally setup as a 2 man operation both Ian and Leroy had a wealth of experience in the industry. They decided one day to go in to partnership and setup S&L. What we can do
Resin Injection
Cracks in concrete structures can often be repaired using low viscosity epoxy resins, injected under controlled pressure. This method provides a mechanical bond and restores structural integrity.
Leak Sealing
A specially developed extension of pressure grouting techniques provides a permanent solution to water leakage into tunnels, basements and other underground structures.
Mastic Pointing
Both new and remedial work can be undertaken by S & L Concrete Repairs. We offer a complete service for the preparation and sealing of all types of movement joints.
Precision Drilling & Strengthening
Defective and poor structures can be strengthened by installing; Tie bars, dowels, anchors, wall ties. This is an area that S&L Concrete have considerable experience in.
Precision Pointing
Pressure pointing is especially appropriate for water eroded joints on culverts, spillways, dams, etc. Complete infill and good compaction is achieved rapidly and consistently.
Protective Coating
Applied either post-repair or as a separate operation, specialist coatings offer enhanced protection against aggressive environments and all forms of external deterioration. Correct surface preparation and product selection is critical to long term success. We are also experienced in the selection and application of corrosion inhibitors for long term protection of concrete.
Pressure Grouting
Structural voids and strengthening foundations can be carried out by S & L Concrete Repairs. Both chemical and cementitious grouting is carried out.
Diamond Drilling
Drilling core holes in old and new concrete structures and floor sawing.
